Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
We ship to any location within the United States, including all territories, via UPS. Additional shipping charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam. UPS SurePost service is free within the continental United States on orders over $50 (exceptions apply; see below). All shipping costs are automatically updated based on the carrier's published rates. Our delivery times are estimates and are calculated within standard business days, excluding holidays or weekends.
All items returned to sender (RTS) due to an undeliverable address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package will be subject to a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Free Shipping Exceptions:
Free shipping is not available for orders containing nanopolymer adhesive. Due to its composition, this product cannot be shipped via UPS SurePost and must be shipped via ground service. If you have any questions, please contact Support@chicshades.shop.
International Shipping
We currently ship to over 30 countries via UPS. We do not offer discounted shipping rates for international orders. All shipping costs are automatically updated based on the carrier's published rates. Customers are responsible for the customs and import duties in their country of residence (Incoterms DAP) unless they select a delivery method that includes duties and taxes prepaid (DDP). "Duties and taxes included" will be displayed in the shipping instructions for DDP checkout. Our delivery times are estimates and are calculated within standard business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
Packages returned to Chicshades due to unpaid duties or abandoned will be subject to the applicable carrier/duty charges, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. The refund will not include the original shipping cost.
Items with Lead Times
The following items may require some lead time: Mako™ Bambu Lab Hot End, Mosquito® Heat Break - 2.85mm - Standard / Magnum+® / Prime™, Mosquito® Heat Break - 2.85mm - Conductive, Mosquito® Hot End - 2.85mm, Mosquito® Liquid Hot End - 2.85mm, Mosquito® Conduct™ Hot End - 2.85mm, Mosquito Magnum+® Air - 2.85mm, Mosquito Magnum+® Liquid - 2.85mm, Mosquito Magnum+® Conduct™ - 2.85mm
Orders containing these items will ship as they become available. If you order any items requiring early delivery or that are out of stock/pre-ordered, please note that any other items in your order will be shipped with those items. If you require additional items and would like them to arrive more quickly, please place separate orders.
Carrier Delays
Despite our best efforts, delivery delays may occur with some carriers, such as USPS or UPS. While we offer a variety of shipping options (including UPS for some orders), please consider this potential delay when selecting a shipping method. Our delivery times are estimates and are calculated based on standard business days, not including holidays or weekends. For information on shipping refunds, see "Returns and Refunds."
UPS® Worldwide Economy DDU service level has been extended to over 20 business days for some countries. This service level is provided by UPS, with final delivery completed by USPS or a local courier in your country. UPS® Worldwide Economy DDU does not include additional tracking and insurance, so wait times may increase. If you have any questions about shipping to your country, please contact Slice before placing an order. If you would like insurance for your order, please select another shipping method.
UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air® services do not include Saturday delivery. Please take this into consideration if you place an order before the weekend and/or after our estimated shipping time (for example, Thursday or Friday afternoon or evening). If you would like to guarantee your order's shipping time, please contact us directly. We cannot cancel your order once it has been shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
Due to our small team, we strive to ensure on-time delivery. If you place an order before 11:00 AM EST on a weekday, you can expect same-day shipping, unless the package has a shipping time listed. If you place an order after 11:00 AM, your package will most likely ship the next day.
Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order after 11:00 AM on a Friday, your order will most likely not ship until the following Monday. The following is a list of holidays we do not ship on:

UPS® Worldwide Economy DDU and DDP are bulk, economical shipping methods. Orders using these methods have the same shipping time as all our other orders, but may be delayed by 2-3 business days due to volume. When you order using one of these methods, you will not receive a shipping notification until we are able to ship your package. This time is included in the estimated delivery time at checkout.
Discount Codes
Most discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions. Some special promotions, such as our first-time customer promotion, may allow for combination. If a discount code doesn't work, it could be because:
Your order has already been applied to another promotion
The code has expired
The items in your cart are not eligible for the discount
You have already used a one-time code
Shipping Refund
Economy shipping services do not offer a money-back guarantee if the actual delivery time is later than the estimated time. The estimated delivery time depends on the location and pickup time. Guaranteed delivery services include UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS Next Day Air®, and DHL Worldwide. Full refunds will not be provided for delayed orders without guaranteed delivery services. For lost international packages, customers may be required to upgrade their shipping service at their own expense to ensure safe delivery.
