Our products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and an industry-leading 30-day guarantee. If a product purchased from Chicshades (https://www.chicshades.shop/) fails to meet your satisfaction within 30 days of normal use or due to manufacturing defects, we will repair, replace, or refund your money.

How the 30-Day Performance Guarantee Works

Initial Troubleshooting: Please contact our support team. They have in-depth knowledge of our products and genuinely want to help you. They will work with you to resolve any issues you encounter.

30-Day Guarantee: You have 30 days from the date of your order to evaluate the product's performance. If you don't see the results we promised, please let us know.

Refund, Replacement, or Repair: If the problem persists after working with our support team, you can choose to return the product for a full refund, replacement, or repair. Please note: Refunds do not include any shipping charges for the original order.

Free return shipping for US customers

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will provide you with return shipping within 30 days.

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. The item must be in normal condition, excluding any damage caused by general wear and tear, improper installation, or improper adjustment. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method.

Free return shipping is not available for items purchased in error. If these errors result in an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item.

International Orders

Our return policy applies to all customers, but we are unable to provide return labels for international orders. Please contact our helpful Customer Service team to process returns for international orders.

Returns after 30 Days

All returns initiated after 30 days of the original purchase are subject to approval at Slice Engineering's sole discretion. Refunds will be subject to a $6.95 handling fee. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit and do not include original shipping costs. We may provide a return label, but the associated cost will be deducted from the refund. Returns made after 30 days must meet the following criteria:

Product must be unused or damaged

Product must be unopened and in its original packaging

Purchased directly from the Chicshades website (https://www.chicshades.shop/)

Products Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Products purchased through a reseller: Returns or refunds for products purchased through a reseller must be made through the reseller. We cannot process returns or refunds for products not purchased directly from Chicshades.

Starter Store Products: Items purchased from the Starter Store are not eligible for returns or refunds.
